The Pleiades w/ 500mm lens

This is a photo of M45, otherwise known as the Pleiades, taken with a 500mm F6.3 Vivitar lens. The exposure was 8 minutes on TMAX 400 film; photo taken on 21 August 1993 from Tolland, CT, USA. The Vivitar lens was mounted on a Celestron CG-11 scope which was used for guiding. B+W processing and printing by J. Roberts.
